COVID-19 is creating unprecedented challenges for all Americans across the country and people around the

world. We're monitoring the situation closely in our community and across the nation. Our customers and

employees remain our top priority. This page includes details about how we are supporting and protecting our

community in this difficult time. We will update this page as the crisis evolves so please check back for new

information.

Despite the local measures being put in place to deal with COVID-19, most of our transactions are occurring

without impact. The StoreMaxx team is in contact with our shipping partners and to date, USPS, UPS and FedEx

are reporting that domestic deliveries are largely continuing as usual.

Despite some changes brought on by the impact of COVID-19, our customer service is open. These are

unprecedented times and many of our customers are either out of work, furloughed or have had their

positions eliminated. We understand that and have set up a Toll-Free telephone line to help. Our support staff

are here to help you Toll Free at 1-844-SNAP-PAK between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm Monday through

Friday.

We are doing our part. Many of our retail customers are closed due to their respective state laws. Those that

are not have seen an uptick in their business and in particular, our product due to an increased demand from

small and medium sized businesses needing containers for their delivery services. For our food service

restaurant customers on take-out and delivery only, we have experienced an unprecedented demand for our

container products. We have maximized our production schedules and are running today at 100% capacity, 24

hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shipping and handling department is safe and cleaned every 4 hours using

anti-microbial sanitizer to ensure that your shipment is safe and free of any contamination. Our production

lines are practicing safe social distancing, wearing masks and gloves. We are doing everything possible to earn

your confidence for today and the future.

Stay safe. Stay informed. The health and safety of our community is most important. Stay up to date and

informed on ways to protect your health with sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

(CDC) and your local health department.

Like so many companies, we are doing everything in our power to help our community navigate these

uncertain times. We ask that you are patient with us and each other, and be kind to your fellow neighbors as

we all struggle to get through this pandemic. While this situation is unprecedented, we are optimistic that all

of us will ultimately emerge stronger and more resilient.

Tips to help prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19:

    · Wash your hands often

    · If washing your hands isn't possible, utilize alcohol-based hand sanitizer

    · Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands

    · Avoid contact with sick people

    · Stay home while you are sick and avoid others

    · When sneezing or coughing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or do so into your elbow

    · Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using household cleaning sprays or wipes
